Your new role
This is a client-facing role and requires an individual who wants to work within a customer-centric environment. Based in branch, this role requires you to be working 5.5 days (weekend allowance and time lieu available). Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct high level fact-finding and consultative financial analysis to understand personal banking client financial background and recommend wealth management products to help clients to meet their mid to long term financial objective.
- Provides timely updates and quality after-sales service that leads to repeat purchase and/or referrals.
- Provide servicing resolutions that help to establish and maintain long term relationships with client from personal to priority banking level and recommend client different wealth management products to maximise return and/or achieving long term financial goals in accordance to client's risk appetite and financial objective.
- Relationship building with high net worth client by providing timely updates and propose alternative investment instruments based on client's profile.
- Product recommendations tailored towards client's individual needs and maximise portfolio return and achieve overall capital growth on client's wealth.
