Your new role

The successful candidate will be dealing with mass market clients in the banking sector whilst accurately profiling customer's needs.

With deep knowledge from the banking and financial industry, candidates will be able to provide balance between satisfying customer needs and meeting management requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skill, problem-solving and good customer relationship management skills. You will need to be self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, be driven and resilient.

• A diploma/degree in any discipline
• Customer service-oriented
• A willingness to work on a flexible schedule that includes Saturdays
• A passion for banking and financial industry
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confident with great presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
