Your new role

This role will play a key part in driving system enhancements, process optimisation, and project implementation initiatives across warehousing and distribution operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Acting as the bridge between warehouse operations, IT, and external vendors
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency
• Participating in WMS upgrades, implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects
• Supporting testing activities including UAT, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
• Analysing operational data and system performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting change management activities as the organisation progresses through its transformation journey

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems in a logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfilment processes
• Experience supporting WMS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or system enhancement projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements
• Hands-on project experience involving business transformation, process optimisation, or system migration initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across operational and technical teams
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
• Exposure to ERP integration and reporting tools will be advantageous
