Your new role

As Warehouse Operations Manager, your task is as below but not limited to:
  • Led strategic warehouse operations in a free trade zone, ensuring compliance with processes, safety standards, and customer KPIs.
  • Managed site performance and customer relationships, driving operational excellence and account success.
  • Oversaw financial accountability, including P&L performance, budget control, and resource allocation.
  • Implemented operational improvements, new technologies, and continuous process enhancements to boost efficiency.
  • Built a strong team culture, handling recruitment, training, staff development, and administrative approvals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field, with proven ability to lead a team of 15–20 members.
  • Skilled in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office and Ai tools.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
