A leading property developer headquartered in Singapore, this firm is known for its landmark projects and strong financial foundation. With a diversified portfolio across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, the company continues to expand its footprint both locally and regionally. As part of its growth strategy, the treasury team is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to support capital management initiatives.

Your new role

• Supporting debt and equity financing activities, including loan documentation and execution
• Monitoring cash flow forecasts and funding requirements across entities
• Preparing treasury reports and analysis for senior management
• Liaising with financial institutions to manage banking relationships and credit facilities
• Assisting in treasury policy reviews and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance. Exposure to capital markets, loan structuring, or property development financing will be highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
