Your new role

• Preparing and processing all trade documentation required for international shipments, including L/C documentation, invoices, packing lists, BL instructions, and certificates.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, shipping lines, surveyors, and external counterparts to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Monitoring shipment schedules, tracking cargo movement, and assisting in resolving shipment‑related issues.
• Supporting post‑shipment activities such as reconciliation, document filing, and compliance checks.
• Ensuring all operational activities adhere to company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in trade operations, shipping documentation, or supply chain support within a commodity trading firm.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy and timelines are critical.
