A fast growing, MAS regulated digital bank is on a mission to simplify and modernise financial services for SMEs through secure, innovative technology and strong risk governance.

Your New Role
As Technology Risk Manager, you will own and drive the bank wide technology, cyber, and data risk framework—ensuring policies, controls, and regulatory requirements are effectively implemented and monitored across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
• Define, maintain, and enforce technology, cyber, and data governance policies across the bank
• Perform risk identification, assessments, and monitoring across tech and cyber domains
• Manage end to end tech and cyber risk management programmes, including RCSA and KRIs
• Conduct third party tech and cyber risk due diligence for vendors, partners, and service providers
• Partner with technology and business teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments, perform gap analyses, and assess emerging threats and technologies
• Drive continuous improvement of risk monitoring processes and controls

What You’ll Need
• 7+ years’ experience in technology, cyber, or information security risk management within banking or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements, banking standards, and data governance
• Hands on experience with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory engagements
• Proven experience owning and managing tech and cyber risk programmes
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
