A leading marine construction contractor with a strong track record of delivering marine infrastructure projects in Singapore. The company is currently strengthening its leadership team in preparation for upcoming regional marine infrastructure projects.

Your new role

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across all marine construction projects, ensuring engineering integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee design coordination, constructability reviews, and technical risk assessments for complex marine works including jetties, wharves, breakwaters, and dredging operations
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with project directors, clients, consultants, and authorities to drive project success.
• Develop and implement technical standards, innovation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Marine Engineering
• At least 15 years of experience in marine infrastructure projects, with 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role and experience working on the contractor side.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methodologies, geotechnical engineering, and coastal hydraulics
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver technically complex projects safely and efficiently
