Your new role

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Generating strong candidate database through multiple attraction methods
• Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients
• Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
• Provide creative solutions to clients with regards to candidate attraction
• Negotiate effectively with clients after consultation with management
