Your new role
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals with a strong track record of consistent billing who are passionate about growing high-performing teams. To be successful, you'll already have a consistent track record of billings in the insurance space, have displayed a successful progression, and will be able to demonstrate exceptional business development and relationship management qualities.
You will already have strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a genuine ability to build a business. You'll also be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers, including skills in coaching and development. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing Team Manager and above.
With expansion opportunities across all industries as well as geographic sectors, we will be looking to you to grow the designated specialism. In addition, you will need to drive performance and be expected to lead from the front in terms of billing and developing relationships with both clients and candidates.
