Your new role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and offsite activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and team expense tracking.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support procurement of indirect materials and services (e.g., telecom plans, office renovations, equipment).
- Coordinate with building management on safety, security, and maintenance matters.
- Oversee hot desk assignments, lockers, car park allocations, stationery, and pantry needs.
- Manage third-party contracts and contractors for office maintenance (e.g., cleaning, lighting, air-conditioning).
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years in a fast-paced administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team player and can-do attitude
