An education company is looking for a 1 year support for a Sourcer.

Your new role

Recruitment and Coordination:
· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication of interview details, and minimizing scheduling conflicts. Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.
Candidate Screening
· Support the Talent Acquisition Team with resume screening and maintain a sourcing database for each position.
· Regularly update and maintain a database of prospective candidates for future opportunities.

Candidate Engagement:
· Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates by providing timely updates and addressing their queries.
· Inform candidates of the outcome of their interviews through email or phone call.
Reporting and Administration:
· Assist the talent acquisition team with all job posting-related matters.
· Coordinate other administrative duties related to recruiting.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
· Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
· Familiarity with Talent Mapping, Data Analytics
