Your new role
As a HR Manager (Talent Management & Leadership Development), you will play a strategic yet hands‑on role in driving talent and leadership initiatives to ensure a sustainable leadership pipeline across the organisation. Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will work closely with Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement teams, as well as business leaders and HR Business Partners to design and deliver impactful programmes.
This role requires strong capability in programme conceptualisation, execution, stakeholder engagement, and analytics, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and operational delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co‑leading the end‑to‑end implementation of talent management and succession planning processes, including talent identification, assessment, reviews, development, and engagement
- Executing talent review processes across diverse job families and supporting the tracking and progression of succession candidates and high‑potential employees
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to monitor individual development plans and provide regular progress updates
- Planning and facilitating engagement sessions between succession candidates, high potentials, and senior leaders
- Monitoring and reporting key talent and succession metrics to inform decision‑making
- Leveraging data analytics and digital tools, including dashboards and predictive insights, to improve reporting, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights
- Driving the implementation and coordination of leadership and talent development interventions, including mentoring, coaching, stretch assignments, and secondments
- Conceptualising, designing, and delivering flagship leadership programmes, including managing the end‑to‑end procurement and vendor engagement process
- Supporting leadership appointment and renewal processes for key leadership roles
- Contributing to organisation‑wide transformation initiatives focused on leadership, well‑being, recognition, and culture
- Playing a key role in enhancing HR platforms as a central hub for leadership and development resources
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you should bring at least 6 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning & development, organisational development, or related areas, with demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership programmes at an organisational level.
You will be recognised for your:
- Proven ability to conceptualise, design, and execute leadership and talent programmes end to end, including content validation, delivery methodology, and post‑programme follow‑up
- Experience in succession planning, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and curriculum design.
- Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
