Your New Job – Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive
- In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, with a big focus on technology positions (Java engineers, backend, QA, data roles) and on the side, serving corporate functions. This involves managing the full recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer management.
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management and pre-onboarding — before handing over to HR Operations. Expect a dynamic pace, high levels of ownership, and the opportunity to support 20–30 active requisitions per month across different entities. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience while maintaining speed and quality.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimally 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with strong exposure to tech hiring (engineering, QA, backend, data).
Proven capability managing fast-paced, high-volume recruitment cycles.
Comfort navigating multiple stakeholders across different business units and entities.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage the end-to-end process until offer acceptance.
Experience working in matrix or shared-service environments is an advantage.
A driven, solution-oriented individual who thrives in growth environments and can balance speed with structured process.
