Your new role
- Partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline
- Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes and route to the correct hiring managers
- Manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes
- Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
- Ability to handle minimum 30 requisitions
- Business Japanese and/or Mandarin proficiency is required to manage stakeholders in Japan and/or East Asia
What you'll need to succeed
- Have at least 5 - 10 years experience in TA
