Support Specialist III (12 months contract)

Your new role

As a Support Specialist, you will be analysing transaction failures and making recommendation to improve application reliability. You will be making strong technical decisions while recognising problems that need further investigations.

As a Support Specialist, you will also be ensuring documentation of production incidents while collaborating with different support and development teams. You will also be devising new support processes and ensure their implementation is as per company policy. This is a 12 months renewable contract.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Banking/Financial Services
  • Cloud experience preferred
  • Incident management experience
  • Some system administration experience
  • Hands-on experience in Splunk, Dynatrace and/or Bladelogic
