A medical device company, as part of its continued regional expansion, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to manage the end-to-end of the supply chain process. This includes freight, shipping, inventory control, and purchasing operations. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a sharp financial lens to supply chain challenges.

Your new role

• Manage inventory planning and distribution across regional markets to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Drive end-to-end freight processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Oversee purchasing and supplier coordination to secure reliable and cost-effective supply.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies across logistics, procurement, and inventory.
• Ensure smooth daily operations aligned with business needs.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance goals and foster continuous improvement.
• Continuously improve logistics and inventory processes for enhanced efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to stock health, supplier performance, and cost optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Experienced in end-to-end supply chain process - including freight, shipping, inventory control, and purchasing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Led a sizeable team
• Experienced in transformation and process improvement within the supply chain department
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior stakeholders cross-functionally.
