Your new role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of long-term service agreements, covering both technical and commercial aspects of service delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities, outage execution, vendor coordination, and performance reporting.
You will play a key role in ensuring contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of operational excellence, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the technical and commercial scope of long-term service contracts
Planning and leading major maintenance and outage activities
Defining outage scope, schedules, HSE plans, budgets, and cost control measures
Coordinating logistics, spare parts, manpower, and vendor engagement
Monitoring costs against budget and managing deviations
Leading post-outage reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting operational troubleshooting and engineering investigations
Building strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business-related discipline
Minimum 10+ years of experience, ideally within the energy, power generation, or heavy industrial sector
Proven experience managing long-term service agreements or service contracts
Strong background in outage management, maintenance planning, or service operations
Ability to balance technical leadership with commercial and contractual responsibilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
