Your new role

• Issue purchase orders and forecasts to suppliers
• Monitor and optimise the ordering process

• Prepare daily shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage payment and billing processes

• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Handle claims and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders

• Provide regular forecasts to suppliers
• Conduct ad-hoc capacity surveys

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Minimally a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Comfortable with routine desk-based tasks

• Familiarity with INCO terms and SAP/ERP systems is advantageous
