Your new role
- High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around bankers
- Arrangement of business travel and logistics
- Processing expense reports in a timely manner
- Responsible for general office administrative duties
- Office supplies including stationery
- Works closely with desk/floor support (IT) to ensure all phones, computers are running smoothly
- Local support of visiting team members from other offices
- Undertake & deliver any ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 to 5 years of experienced in Private bank, wealth management is preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and motivated personality with attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to use own initiative and to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good judgement of appropriate conduct
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure
- Demonstrate initiative, versatility and flexibility
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
