Your new role

• You will review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with local codes, drafting standards, and presentation requirements before submission.
• You will need to conduct site and TOP inspections to verify that construction aligns with approved plans.
• You will liaise with consultants and authorities on matters related to code compliance and regulatory approvals.
• Assist in preparing and checking drawings for buildability and coordination with other disciplines.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and coordination.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software tools.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings and submission requirements for local authorities.
