My client is seeking a hands-on and results-oriented Senior Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead the team to new heights. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Located in the West.

Your new role

• Lead from the Front: Manage daily operations and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize operational performance.

• Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop your planning, customer service, and procurement teams to achieve their full potential.

• Procurement: Oversee procurement and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality materials from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Planning: Lead capacity and production planning to meet customer demands.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide timely project planning support and responsive customer service.

• Ensure On-Time Delivery: Lead daily production meetings, resolving issues promptly to meet deadlines.

• Drive Financial Performance: Provide monthly revenue projections and contribute to the company's bottom line.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas in a similar leadership role

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related

• The ability to manage a sizeable team and work with stakeholders across levels and functions

• Experienced in an ERP system and been involved in process improvement projects
