Our client is a well-established education institution and they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is a senior commercial role responsible for driving enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation through customised executive development, leadership, and capability‑building solutions.
Your new role
Own enterprise revenue performance by delivering annual revenue, contribution, and pipeline targets across assigned sectors and strategic accounts.
Build and convert a high‑quality opportunity pipeline, leading complex negotiations and closing high‑value, multi‑stakeholder engagements.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long‑term partnerships, repeat business, and sustained share‑of‑wallet growth.
Act as a trusted client advisor, engaging C‑suite and senior leaders to diagnose business challenges and executive capability needs.
Lead consultative solution design, collaborating with internal experts to shape bespoke executive development and transformation solutions.
Own end‑to‑end proposal leadership, including RFPs, tenders, and partnership discussions, positioning the organisation as a strategic partner.
Strengthen market presence and insight, generating market intelligence, competitor awareness, and input into future portfolio development.
Ensure commercial discipline and client outcomes, maintaining CRM rigor, accurate forecasting, seamless delivery handover, and high client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of selling high‑value, consultative solutions with complex, multi‑stakeholder deal cycles.
Experience working with or selling into senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
Background in executive education, consulting, professional services, learning, or HR solutions preferred.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and deal closure.
Consultative mindset with the ability to diagnose client needs and shape bespoke solutions.
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution bias, able to manage accounts end‑to‑end.
Well‑established professional network in Singapore and credibility in senior business circles.
