Our client is a global coating solutions company and they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow their business across Asia (excluding China). This is a strategic leadership role for a proven sales professional with deep expertise in coatings and a strong track record of managing regional teams.
Your new role
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in target markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the coatings industry or related sectors.
Proven success in leading regional teams and delivering results across multiple markets.
Strong business acumen with ability to develop strategic plans and achieve ambitious targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
