With ongoing expansion and a focus on operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced senior production planner to join their dynamic team and drive end‑to‑end planning efficiency across the organisation.

Your new role

As the Senior Production Planner , you will take ownership of the full production planning function, ensuring seamless capacity planning, material availability, and workflow optimisation. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the production planning team
• Creating, managing, and maintaining master production schedules
• Coordinating closely with procurement, operations, and supply chain teams
• Analysing capacity, forecasting demand, and identifying potential bottlenecks
• Driving improvements in planning processes, KPIs, and system utilisation
• Ensuring timely delivery of products while optimising resources and minimising downtime

What you'll need to succeed

You will be successful in this role if you bring:

• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in production planning within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and planning methodologies
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments
• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
