Join my client's team as a Procurement Specialist, managing both direct and indirect procurement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll ensure material availability for production while driving cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and compliance. Located in the West with transport pick-up island wide. Fully on-site role.

Your new role

• Source and manage suppliers for direct materials (castings, machined parts, tooling, electrical items) and indirect categories (MRO, IT, facilities, logistics).
• Negotiate contracts and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee procurement operations and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, CAPEX purchases, and new product introductions.
• Identify supply chain risks and promote sustainable procurement practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing procurement (direct & indirect).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; ERP experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
