Your new role

This role involves leading and managing regional sales and marketing teams to drive commercial success across diverse markets. The successful candidate will develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies, build and expand strategic partnerships with hospitals, distributors, key opinion leaders and leverage market insights, customer data, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making. They will also champion new product launches, craft compelling brand narratives, and take ownership of budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance optimisation to ensure sustained growth and market impact.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate brings over eight years of leadership experience in sales and marketing within the medical device or MedTech sector, backed by strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making. With a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams; they possess deep knowledge of APAC markets and regulatory landscapes, along with exceptional people management skills. Their communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities are top-tier, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving innovation and impact.
