Your new role
The Senior Manager, reporting to the Head of Human Resources, will collaborate with management and key support teams to align HR strategies with business objectives. The role focuses on compliance with regulations and internal policies while leading talent acquisition and employee engagement programs for Singapore and APAC.
Key responsibilities include:
HR Business Partnering (70%):
Provide advice on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
Support regional HR initiatives and APAC HR Transformation.
Coach and develop business managers in people management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, working closely with compliance teams.
Talent Acquisition (30%):
Source diverse candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Advise hiring managers on staffing and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.
Partner with third-party vendors for background checks and immigration processes.
Conduct new hire orientation.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum a Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years working experience preferbly in a banking or financial institute.
