We are working with a global logistics and transportation leader to recruit a Senior HRIS Analyst for their regional HR team. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital HR transformation by optimizing enterprise systems and enhancing user experience across a fast-paced, international environment.

Your new role
As the Senior HRIS Analyst, you will support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with HR operations. You’ll identify opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy and system performance.

You’ll be responsible for tracking system adoption, analyzing user engagement, and driving enhancements that elevate both functionality and experience. A key part of your role involves resolving system-related issues, supporting end-users, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure successful onboarding and sustained competency.

What you'll need to succeed
You bring 4–5 years of experience in HRIS support and implementation, with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of HR systems architecture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, System Analysis, or a related field
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Recruitment, and Onboarding
  • Strong grasp of system configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations
  • Skilled in HR data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into process improvements
  • Experience in technical support and issue resolution with a focus on user satisfaction
  • Knowledge of HR data privacy and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Comfortable leading change management activities including training and user adoption
