Our client is an international conglomerate in the heavy industries, covering an impressive portfolio of the manufacture and construction of Power Systems and Processing Plants. They are looking for a Senior HR Executive to take on the exciting APAC regional portfolio.

Your new role

• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding: End-to-end Employee Lifecycle

• Compensation, benefits, and payroll management: Take part in APAC regional C&B projects

• HR operations, budgeting, and forecasting: Salary Increments and Annual Budgeting

• Expat management and compliance: Work pass application and renewals, housing support

• Office administration and event planning

• Liaison with government agencies and internal stakeholders

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD

What you'll need to succeed

• Business Administration/Human Resource Degree with 3 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in HR management systems such as SAP Success Factors and MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and learning attitude.
• Adept communication skills.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing/engineering is advantageous.
