Our client is the leader in the maritime sector, and has been around for more than 50 years. They are looking for a senior / HR executive to join their team.

Your new role

As a vital part of the HR team, you'll oversee HR operations, focusing on managing the HRMS and handling various HR tasks such as foreign workers' administration, supporting HR-related matters for different departments, assisting in training and development, managing employee records, benefits, and compensation, overseeing recruitment, addressing system-related queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting HR transformation projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Diploma in Human resource management, Business Admin or related discipline and must be a specialist in payroll having spent at least 3–5 years of experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel
• Good communication skills
