Senior Engineer, Process Development

Your new company
You will be joining a global biotechnology organisation renowned for pioneering scientific innovation and operating one of the most advanced biologics manufacturing facilities in the region. The site supports large‑scale commercial production and plays a key role in accelerating growth across international markets.

Your new role
In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the Process Development function, providing technical leadership for cell culture and/or purification commercial processes. You will lead product lifecycle improvements, resolve complex technical challenges, drive process optimisation initiatives, and provide support for technology transfer and regulatory activities. You will also collaborate extensively with cross‑functional partners in Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and technical development teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and consistent process performance.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Advanced degree (PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s/Diploma) with relevant years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or biologics manufacturing
  • Significant experience in large‑scale commercial manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of cell culture processes, single‑use systems, downstream recovery, and process scale‑up
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GMP)
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead investigations, manage cross‑functional initiatives, and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
