Your new role

• You will lead the design process from concept development to detailed construction documentation, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to manage project requirements and approvals.
• You are required to oversee site progress, resolve design and construction issues, and maintain high standards of quality throughout.
• Support the Team Lead in guiding the project team and delivering key milestones on time and within scope.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised Degree or Master’s in Architecture, with registration from the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• 10–15 years of architectural experience, including leading BIM-based projects and producing detailed construction documentation.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to quickly sketch and develop creative concepts, supported by proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing, local building codes, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage stakeholders and project teams.
