Your new role
As an assistant to the Client Advisor (CA) within the SCU team, you will support CA on the accounts transferred for exit purposes. This includes following up on closure instructions (e.g. preparation of instructions on the securities, payments and forex transactions to facilitate account closure).
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience of dealing with private management clients or private banking platforms, ideally for at least 2 years.
Client-oriented mentality with good interpersonal skills
Ability to set priorities and to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Organised and systematic individual who pays attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in the financial services industry (Overall know-how of banking products and processing areas)
Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training (on-the-job and off-the-job)
Language proficiencies in English, Mandarin and / or Cantonese, based in Singapore / Hong Kong in order to support the local client base
What you'll get in return
Assist Exit Desk CA on managing daily administration, client servicing and following up on client instruction
Support completion of client periodic review including name searches and monitoring of client transactions, completion of contact report and/or any account maintenance
Be the liaison between the various operational subteams to ensure smooth account closure
Ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations; ensure the occurrence of errors and operational problems is minimised and promptly & properly document any issues that occur
