A well-established engineering solutions provider is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its growing dynamic team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in customer service and technical coordination in a fast-paced, international environment. Located in Central East with a hybrid working arrangement.

Your new role

• Prepare and issue sales quotations in response to customer enquiries.
• Provide timely support for post-sales technical queries and proposals.
• Maintain strong communication with regional distributors and internal stakeholders.

• Compile and submit project documentation in line with customer and internal requirements.
• Coordinate commissioning engineer schedules based on project timelines and priorities.
• Track and follow up on project milestones and deliverables.

• Manage marketing materials including brochures, product samples, and technical literature.
• Coordinate logistics and collaterals for exhibitions and industry events.
• Support branding and promotional activities in collaboration with HQ.

• Liaise with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sales execution.
• Communicate regularly with headquarters in Germany to align on documentation and support needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Education & Experience: Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Maximum of 5 years of experience in post sales, customer service, or technical coordination.
• Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with engineering products or the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Technical & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Personal Attributes: A team player who is well-organised, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.
