My client is a leading provider of international express shipping services with a presence across over 200 countries. They are looking for an experienced Sales Support Manager to join their team.

Your new role

You will be involved in supporting frontline sales teams by optimising sales processes, providing administrative support, and maintaining customer databases. Key responsibilities include process optimisation, project management, cross-functional coordination, compliance, data analysis, and team management.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 to 5 years of Sales Support, Sales Planning or Sales Operations experience.
• In-depth understanding of Sales processes as well as a detailed understanding of Sales systems and data flow.
• Experience of rolling out Microsoft Dynamics as a tool

• Location in North East

• Hybrid work arrangement upon completion of probation

• Budget up to 8k
