Your new role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance while overseeing end‑to‑end branch operations. You will:
- Lead sales initiatives by leveraging your technical expertise in marine products.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with growth targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify customer needs.
- Visit clients to understand requirements and deliver solution-based product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contract finalisation.
- Oversee logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, and showroom upkeep.
- Manage local purchasing and ensure seamless operational support for the branch.
- Maintain consistent brand representation across marketing and customer touchpoints.
- Act as key liaison between the Singapore branch and other global offices.
- Support secondary duties including office setup, hiring, and visa processes.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
- Uphold compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
