The client is a well known Real Estate firm who are looking for Sales Consultants to join their expanding team.
Your new role
You will be working closely with various stakeholders to build a solid network of clientele and connections aimed at selling the properties under the client. Furthermore, you will be required to stay updated on the Real estate market and have strong knowledge on the industry best practices. Moreover, you will mainly be tasked with hunting for new prospects to purchase the properties through various sales methods.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 1–2 years of sales experience involved in hunting for new clients. You should possess good negotiation skills and the ability to be resourceful in finding leads. Moreover, you should be able to work under pressure and meet set sales targets. Finally, you should have strong stakeholder and communications management skills
