Our client is a fast-growing electronics brand and they are looking for a Retail Supervisor. This role is responsible for driving in-store excellence across assigned retail channels. This role oversees promoters, ensures merchandising standards are met, manages relationships with retail partners, and ensures that roadshows and retail activations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both people and partners in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your new role

• Oversee daily retail operations across assigned stores to ensure brand standards, merchandising, pricing, and promotions are executed consistently

• Manage, train, and motivate promoters while monitoring attendance, performance, and sales targets

• Coordinate closely with retail partners and store managers to support campaigns, resolve issues, and strengthen working relationships

• Ensure merchandising displays, POS materials, and product launches are properly implemented and maintained

• Plan and execute roadshows and retail activations, managing human resources, stock, logistics, and on-site operations

• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and reporting to track performance, gather market insights, and recommend improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail operations, ideally within electronics

• Proven experience managing promoters or frontline retail staff

• Strong understanding of merchandising, in-store execution, and retail best practices

• Experience managing roadshows, events, or retail activations is a strong advantage

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work weekends, evenings, and support retail events as required

• Comfortable with hands-on fieldwork and frequent store visits
