This role involves processing remittances, fixed deposit entries, and communicating with customers on payment instructions. Responsibilities include addressing customer enquiries, collecting charges, verifying account opening documents, and managing financial reports. Additionally, the position entails coordinating with other departments to enhance internal systems and procedures, along with handling ad hoc duties as assigned by the department.
