My client is one of the top manufacturer in the world for personal survival equipment for industries such as aerospace and marine. Located in the North of Singapore, they are hiring for a Regional Supply Chain Manager.
Your new role
- Oversee the end to end Supply Chain activities in the region
- Ensure an effective local sales and operational planning (S&OP) process and accurate and timely forecasting to meet customer demand and supports inventory planning
- Work with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure that individuals KPIs are met, and all gaps are properly addressed and implemented with the appropriate solutions.
- Manages and propose improvements to local replenishment and inventory control processes
- Works with customer facing teams to optimise current and future customer order fulfilment
- Work with regional to ensure all countries are aligned on the supply chain strategy and business plan within the team
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to oversee regional warehousing and distribution activity, including selection and management of local third-party distribution partners
