My client is a global leader providing innovative technology solutions. With a commitment to provide excellent services to their clients and customers, they are looking for a Regional Senior Customer Service Executive - aftersales support to join the team!

Your new role

  • Plan and implement effective solutions and strategies to improve customer experience
  • Managing and administering product warranties and service agreements.
  • Coordinating and documenting warranty claims and repairs.
  • Analyzing warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing reports to regional HQ
  • Ensure all service processes and documentations are compliance with company's regulations

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 4-6 years of customer service aftersales experience within MNC
  • Proficient in MS Excel skills
  • Familiar with warranty management process
