Company is an established medical service solutions for global medical instrument manufacturers. Being in the market for more than ten years, the company has consistently focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and production of high-quality solutions.

Your new role

Company is currently looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager/ Director to be part of the energetic team to plan and develop new markets. Reporting into the CEO, you will be developing new market potential (accounts/products/services) in the region, driving marketing communications, and other forms of creative selling and providing excellent customer service to foster long-term business relationships. You will work cross functionally with both commercial and technical teams to develop robust sales strategies in relation to market trends, movement, and opportunities. Through constant studying of resources and monitoring the forecast of customer segments and recognizing growth and failures, you will contribute by making recommendations to better position the company and resources to deliver optimal results.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with Chemistry background
  • At least 5 years’ Regional Sales experience selling to similar industry
  • Excellent selling skills with strong knowledge of sales processes, service standards, International import & export standards, sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Strong presentation skills and able to articulate, communicate and present to multiple stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills in handling problems creatively and innovatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to build relationships and influence customers at all levels
  • Willing to travel overseas when required
