Your new role
As the most senior HR leader for the region, you will serve as the lead architect for the Group’s people strategy. This is a "transformation-first" mandate where you will bridge the gap between operational foundations and C-suite strategy.

As the most senior HR leader for the region, you will serve as the lead architect for the Group’s people strategy. This is a "transformation-first" mandate where you will bridge the gap between operational foundations and C-suite strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Advisory: Acting as a partner to the Regional CEO and Board on succession planning and leadership risk.
- Culture & Performance: Overhauling legacy performance management to institutionalise a meritocratic, high-performance culture.
- Total Rewards Modernisation: Leading a ground-up redesign of 10-year-old rewards and job grading frameworks to ensure regional competitiveness.
- Digital Transformation: Overseeing the regional implementation of HRIS and driving operational synergy across all 7 markets.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is a commercially-minded HR professional with the operational grit to "build from the ground up."

- Proven track record in navigating SME-to-MNC transitions or high-growth environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and secure buy-in at the Board level.
- Previous experience managing a multi-country remit across Southeast Asia is essential.
- A "Full Spectrum" HR background with specific strengths in Change Management and Organizational Design.
