Your new role

As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruitment, and organization development. You will collaborate with country HR teams to identify learning needs and work closely with Global HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to enhance HR solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering strong HR processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience in business partnering.

• Possess a high level of integrity and discretion.

• Strong understanding of local employment laws.

• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently.
