Your new role
We're seeking a Regional HR Executive to support our client's South East Asia offices. You'll handle day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, and HR projects. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and communicative HR professional, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration & Operations:
- Manage payroll, employee records, and work pass processes.
- Coordinate employee mobility benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent.
- Prepare employment documentation, deliver orientation programs, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
3. HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Support regional HR projects, training, and surveys.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings and initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with HR software systems is advantageous.
