As Regional Director of Bioprocess MSAT, you will lead a large, multi‑country organization of engineers and scientists responsible for delivering technical excellence across clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a senior regional leadership role that blends deep MSAT expertise with strong people leadership and commercial engagement. You will set and execute the regional MSAT strategy, support strategic customers, and drive the adoption of advanced bioprocess technologies while partnering closely with commercial, quality, service, and global teams. Leading and developing a diverse MSAT organization—including people managers—you will oversee bioprocess scale‑up, troubleshooting, and operational readiness across complex manufacturing environments. Acting as a senior technical advisor, you will enable competitive growth through technical differentiation and customer‑centric solutions, own the resolution of technical and quality escalations, operate effectively within a global matrix, and represent the organization in senior customer engagements and industry forums.
