What You’ll Do

Business Development
  • Identify and engage new clients, build strong relationships, and promote recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Provide strategic insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Sales
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to close deals, negotiate terms, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Exceed revenue targets and KPIs in a competitive environment.

Candidate Management
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through job portals, ads, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for timely replacements.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process with clear communication and support.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of work experience from all backgrounds
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented– You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by hitting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Highly motivated and resilient – You bring energy, persistence, and a positive attitude to overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative approach– You understand client needs and can position recruitment solutions effectively to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills– You can build rapport quickly, influence decisions, and close deals confidently.
  • Legal right to work in Malaysia
