My client is a global leader in the construction industry, with a diverse portfolio that includes building construction, civil engineering, real estate development, and more. With a strong presence both domestically and overseas, they are shaping the future through regional and urban development, ocean development, environmental improvement, and other construction-related businesses.

Your new role

• Determine the quantity and assess quotes from authorised suppliers.
• Formulate subcontract paperwork and procurement contracts.
• Conduct cost estimations.
• Authenticate progress invoices presented by subcontractors/providers and generate payment replies/certificates.
• Coordinate with consultant Quantity Surveyors on payment progression and change orders.
• Estimate the final cost of subcontractors.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Science, Building or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the procurement of construction projects and/or building variation works.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Background in Architectural/ Structural works is a plus.
