Our client is a leading Asian packaging solutions provider, offering innovative and sustainable packaging products. With a strong presence in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, they serve various industries, including food and beverage, electronics, and healthcare. Their product range includes corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, and rigid plastic packaging. They have been undergoing expansion in recent years and are now looking to expand their headcount with a Quality Manager.

Your new role

• Develop and enforce quality and safety standards, procedures, and policies.
• Manage quality control operations, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Plan technology upgrades and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain training programs to enhance staff skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience of handling issues and crises.
